Overview
folvani.com (the "Site") is operated by Panthera Agency LLC, doing business as Folvani ("Folvani", "we", "us", "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Site and any purchase you make from us. They should be read together with our Refund & Returns Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy, which form part of these Terms.

By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

Our store is hosted on Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform we use to sell our products.

1. Eligibility and Use of the Site
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. If you are younger, you may only use the Site with the involvement of a parent or guardian. You agree not to:

• use the Site for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose;
• interfere with its security or operation, including by transmitting viruses or malicious code;
• scrape, copy or resell any part of the Site without our written permission.

2. Products
We make every effort to describe and display our products accurately. Colors and details may vary slightly depending on your screen. We may limit quantities, or discontinue any product, at any time.

3. Prices, Taxes and Duties
Prices are shown in US dollars (USD) for US customers and in pounds sterling (GBP) for UK customers. Prices may change at any time, but a change will never affect an order we have already confirmed.

4. Orders and Contract Formation
After you place an order, you will receive an email confirming that we have received it. This email is not yet an acceptance of your order. Your contract with us is formed when we ship your order and send you a shipping confirmation.

We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable, if there is a pricing error, or if we suspect fraud. In that case we will issue a full refund.

If a product was listed at an incorrect price, we will contact you before shipping. You can then choose to confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it for a full refund.

5. Payment
We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Payments are processed securely by our third-party payment providers, and we never store your full card details. By placing an order, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method you provide.

6. Shipping and Delivery
We offer free tracked shipping to the United States and the United Kingdom. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and usually delivered within 5–7 business days after shipment. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by events outside our control, such as carrier delays or customs checks.

Risk of loss passes to you once your order is delivered to the address you provided. For full details, see our Shipping Policy.

7. Cancellations, Returns and Refunds
You may cancel your order at any time before it ships. You can return any item within 30 days of delivery, as described in our Refund & Returns Policy.

UK customers also have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days of delivery under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

8. 12-Month Limited Warranty
Every Folvani product is covered by a 12-month limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, as described in Section 3 of our Refund & Returns Policy.

US customers: to the extent permitted by law, any implied warranties, including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited in duration to the 12-month warranty period. Some states do not allow limits on how long an implied warranty lasts, so this limitation may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state.

UK customers: this warranty is in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

9. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including the Folvani name and logo, product images, text and design, is owned by us or our licensors. It may not be used without our prior written permission.

10. Reviews and Submissions
When you submit a review, photo or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce and display it in connection with our business. Your submissions must not be unlawful, misleading or infringe anyone's rights. We may remove any content at our discretion.

11. Third-Party Links and Tools
The Site may contain links to third-party websites or tools, which are governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our products. Our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for:

• death or personal injury caused by negligence;
• fraud;
• any liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law, including your statutory rights as a consumer.

13. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify Folvani against claims arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

14. Disputes and Governing Law
If you have a problem with your order, please contact us first at info@folvani.com. Most issues can be resolved quickly, and we will aim to resolve any complaint within 30 days.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom, you also benefit from any mandatory protections of the law where you live, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of England and Wales, Scotland or Northern Ireland.

15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time by posting the new version on this page. Changes apply only to orders placed after the update. Each order is governed by the Terms in force at the time it was placed.

16. General
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect. If we fail to enforce a provision, that does not waive our right to enforce it later. These Terms, together with the policies referenced above, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of the Site and your purchases.
